What's my day job? I'm a project manager. Planning and productivity are kind of my thing. That's why I created my first brand, Plan Everything 365, which focuses on time management and getting things done. The PureFocus bubble candle started as a product for that brand. It was meant to help people focus while they worked. But people loved it so much that I knew I had to do more. That's how Luminate 365 Candles was born. The Wax and Why It Matters
I use a soy coconut wax blend for most of my candles. Why? Because it burns clean, lasts longer, and gives you the best experience. You get a smooth, even burn with amazing scent and no black soot on your walls.
Here's where I keep it real with you. Sometimes I'll add a small amount of paraffin wax (never more than 20%) to boost the scent throw and improve how the candle performs. I know paraffin gets a bad reputation, but refined paraffin wax is actually safe. The truth is, a little bit makes a big difference in quality. I'd rather give you a candle that smells incredible and burns perfectly than follow trendy rules that don't actually serve you better.

Keeping It Real and Sustainable
I also believe in reusing what we already have. That cute jar your candle comes in? I probably found it at a thrift shop. That plastic wrap? It came from something else and got a second life as packaging.
This approach does two things. It keeps my costs down so I can offer you handmade quality at fair prices. And it's better for the planet. Why buy new when something perfectly good already exists?
Why Handmade Matters
Anyone can walk into Walmart or Bath and Body Works and grab a mass-produced candle that was made by a machine. But where's the soul in that? Where's the care? Where is the creativity?
When you buy a handmade candle, you're getting something that was thoughtfully created. Every scent is carefully chosen. Every pour is done by hand. Every candle is tested to make sure it's perfect. You're not just buying wax in a jar. You're buying candle art.
