When will my order be delivered?

I ship my candles and products nationwide (United States, Mexico, and Canada). Your order will be packaged carefully and delivered to you via UPS. Delivery takes between 3-8 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Can I Return my product?

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Candles may be gently tested but must be returned with at least 95% of the wax remaining. Candle accessories must be unused and in original packaging.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

I take pride in packaging each order with care, but sometimes things happen during shipping that are beyond my control. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out within 10 days with photos. I'll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, your satisfaction is my priority!
